I converted some of my IRA to a Roth IRA and also took my RMD...for the grand total on my 1099R showing withdrawals. How do I account for the conversion in Turbo Tax.

Enter the Form 1099-R as received.  In the follow-up, indicate the amount that was RMD, then indicate that you moved the money to another retirement account, that you converted some amount to Roth, then indicate the amount converted.  With no basis in nondeductible contributions, the entire amount will be taxable income on Form 1040 line 4b.
