I contributed to India National Pension Scheme while being US Tax Resident in 2024 but no withdrawals. Do I need to file 3520?

I worked in the US in 2024 for more than 180 days making me US Tax resident status for filing my US Taxes and I have an NPS account that I contributed to through the year and before, after. I dont live in the US but worked there for 180+ days in 2024. NPS is a government of India backed pension scheme. I have not made any withdrawals from this account but I contributed to it as a monthly contribution. I came back to India and now a resident of India. Do I need to file 3520 / 3520A? I have no idea what these forms are but my company tax advisor asked me to check @claywallace please help
