I changed my job in October. The 401K limit for my previous employer is $14,000 and with my current employer is $22,500. What would be my total limit for the year?

The 2023 limit is 22,500 for all plans combined.  So if you contributed 14,000 at the first job you can only contribute 8,500 at the new job.  Be sure to tell your employer or HR dept.
