I can't find the 1099-INT portion on the drop-down list with Home & Business version. Is there a problem with the program or something when wrong? Please help!

Are you in the Business tab?  You need to be under Personal.  I have Home & Business too, I can make you screenshots.  Are you on Windows or Mac?
