I can not get my Roth withdrawal to calculate as covid distribution

I have deleted form, I have deleted entry and reentered everything - can not get Roth withdrawal to show as covid distribution on form 8915e. shows it on first column as a distribution, but not in second column as a covid distribution even though all the questions were answers saying covid distribution.
