It's hard to tell what you're talking about without more information, but it's possible there are entry boxes in the TurboTax Online program that you're not seeing.
When you're on the Now, enter one sale on your Box 1099‑B page, boxes 1a through 1e will appear on the initial screen.
However, if you have more boxes on your 1099-B with entries, select the box next to I have other boxes on my 1099-B to enter. Then, more entry fields will generate, and you'll be able to enter any additional Form 1099-B box entries that the IRS needs to have reported.
