I am trying to enter my 1099-R but it is asking for a tracking I'd number. The is not one. I've tried all the numbers on the 1099-R and NA.

You may have chosen the option to import it.  Follow these instructions and if you come to a screen asking to import (Let's get your 1099 info) scroll to the bottom and click on I'll type it in myself.  Then you won't be asked about tracking numbers.  

• Open (continue) return if you don't already have it open.
• Inside TurboTax, search for 1099-R and select the Jump to link in the search results.
• Answer Yes on the Your 1099-R screen, then select Continue.
  • If you land on the Your 1099-R Entries screen instead, select Add Another 1099-R.
