I AM TRYING TO ENTER A1099r AND IT IS ASKING FOR bANK NAME OR URL. 1099r IS FROM GREAT-WEST RETIREMNT SERVICES

AN ANSWER WOULD BE NICE.

GREAT-WEST RETIREMNT SERVICES is the name of the "bank". If you want to upload information from your issuer, use the URL. If you want to enter manually, you can do that as well.
