I am in the early stages of planning to move to another state. I would like to use my TurboTax 2023 1040 scenario for 4 states I have in mind. Can I do that?

Do not mess around with your already filed 2023 return or you will destroy it.   You can use a different TT online account as a "dummy" account to try out various scenarios if you want to do that.
