I am entering 1099-Div data. I go to the download via the inv. firm's website. Then I am asked to review. All goes well except for some it goes to re-do download. Why?

All these entries I've noticed report $0 dividends. How can I move past this?

You don't need to report $0 dividend entries. They can be deleted.
