I am claiming my son this year. He recently filed for social security but it is still pending. He has parkinsons disease. Can i put that he is disabled or not?

Yes, he is considered as having a disability if he has been medically diagnosed (i.e., he has medical documentation with a diagnosis, prognosis, etc.).
