I am being asked to provide info on a W-2 when there are no W-2s reported and I cannot file without this info. What can I do?

The taxpayer is retired so no W2s.  The software is requesting Zip Code and State for a W2 that does not exist,  I cannot get past these questions so I can file.  What should I do?

I did not receive a W2 this year. When it asks the question if you have W2s, you should say no. The only other way I found to remove items that were stubborn is to go to the actual forms and find the entry and take it out this way. If the field does not let you access, double click and it will tell you which form to go to.
