I am an S-corp and one of my employers sent me a 1099 with my social security number not my EIN. Do I need to ask them for a corrected 1099 with my EIN? Thanks!

Just to clarify, your S Corp would NOT be an employer.  You should contact the issuer and ask them to correct the 1099 filing to zero out the income reported to you under your social security number; but 1099s are not generally issued to corporations (only if they are providing medical or legal services).
