I am amending my 2022 tax return because I forgot to enter my tax payment withheld when I took a minimum retirement distribution. Where do I enter that amount?

If you already entered the Form 1099-R it would have included federal taxes withheld in box 4 of the form.  The TurboTax program would have entered taxes withheld on your Form 1040 Line 25b.

Did you not enter the Form 1099-R on your 2022 tax return?
