I am a Retired Union Pacific Railroad employee and should be exempt from State taxes. How to report on Turbo? Someone told me to use Schedule E. Where?

Where can the reporting be done on Turbo to accommodate retired railroad workers?

When you enter your retirement distribution form and prepare your state taxes, TurboTax will calculate your tax liability.

Enter your retirement income that's on a 1099-R in the Retirement Plans of Wages and Income in TurboTax.

Review the TurboTax articles Where do I enter my 1099-R? for specific instructions.

I am trying to get back to the 1099 R and Turbo will not let me back into the Federal Return.  Do I need to log out and edit that way? I am not technically inclined.
