I accidnetly added a roth ira and 401 to my income. I do not have them anymore How do i erase them without starting over from the begining

I cannot e file my taxes unless I fix my fed. return how cwan i erase the 401 and roth without starting over c

You can delete the retirement distributions be following the directions below.

 

How to delete a 1099-R:

 

  1. Open TurboTax
  2. Go to Income & Expenses
  3. Select Review/Edit
  4. Go to Form 1009-R
  5. Select Add/Edit
  6. Select the trash can next to the 1099-R that you want to delete.
