Husband is receiving a pension from the Office of Personnel Mgmt. He was a mail carrier. Should I check the Qualified gvmt retirement distr box?

Yes -this is a Qualified 457 plan or Pension plan

How do amend my previous years taxes as I paid taxes  on my husband's  OPM  pension and was not required to?  I believe MA Revenue owes me money.
