How to get 1099 Form? My wife didn't recieve a 1099G form from unemployment. How can we get the form with her info on it? Thanx!

I checked the search on here and it didn't help.

The Form 1099-G is sent by the state. Go to the state unemployment website to check for the 1099-G.
