How do you remove tax penalty? Form 2210 isn't included on "Review Form List" where forms can be deleted. This is my 1st yr using TurboTax on-line. PY tax liability=0.

Note that prior year tax liability of zero did not roll-over to TurboTax on-line. If it had the information, there would not be a tax penalty assessed.

You can try to fill it out to reduce or eliminate it.
