How do you get to the interview question "Tell us the value of your traditional IRA"?

I created a new IRA from other retirement assets and need to change the year-end value of my traditional nondeductible IRAs so that the nontaxable percentage of my withdrawal will be correct. Is there some way to reach that prompt in Turbotax?

when entering the 1099-R for the withdrawal, answer YES to the question, "any non-deductible contributions?"

or "basis?"
