How do you answer the question if you didn't miss a required distribution from a retirement account.

I did get my required distribution, but there isn't a box to answer NO.

There is a question Did You Miss a Required Distribution From Any Retirement Accounts?  You can answer: None of these plans failed to withdraw the RMD
