How do we decline or get rid of the $1.00 Retirement Savings Contribution credit?

My daughter has a $10.31 retirement amount in box 12D. This has made her eligible for $1 Retirement Contribution Credit, which in turn makes her Turbo Tax fee $79.00 versus free. How do i decline this?
