HOW DO I REPORT A TRANSFER FROM A COMPANY PENSION PLAN TO A COMPAY 401k THAT I HAD TO MAKE DUE TO MY RETIREMMENT

Look at line 5b of your 1040. The program in some areas shows income as opposed to taxable income. 

Did you get a 1099R for it?  What code is in box 7?  Why did you HAVE to transfer it to the 401k plan?  That sounds odd.
