To remove the credit, you'll need to delete Form 8880, Credit for Qualified Retirement Savings Contributions.

The previous answer is incorrect. If you remove this form, TurboTax will still see you have a Retirement Savings Contribution from box 12a (code 12D) of your W-2. The Saver's Credit is a 'non-refundable' credit. That means this credit can reduce the tax you owe to zero, but it can't provide you with a tax refund.
