How do I indicate it is my spouse’s 1099R form that I’m entering?

I’m trying to enter information for my spouse’s 1099r but it never asks for the name of the account holder and only gives an option to add more 1099r forms.

When you enter your spouses 1099R on the page Tell Us Which 1099-R you have select your spouse on the line This form 1099-R belongs to
