If you set up your return correctly as a joint return, when you click on Add W-2 it will give you places to add your 1099R's
by each spouse's name.
Every income entry screen will give you spots with each spouse's name.
To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
