How do I get it to stop changing the date i entered. I am entering 12/31/2020 which is the format it asks for then when I click continue the form changes it to 12/31/20

It then tells me to enter it in the correct format, which i did in the first place

Can you give more information on where you are having the Date Entry issue and we will try to help you.

It is in the CF-1040 form. When I enter the dates for starting and stopping working from home due to covid it ask for mm/dd/yyyy. When I enter it in this format it changes my date to be mm/dd/yy then tells me there is an error. I've called turbo tax and they said that the form needs to be looked at by their IT department and wait 24-48 hours for it to be corrected. Its been twice that amount of time and i'm still having the error.

Is this for the state form? If so which state?

Try to enter the dates without the //, and see if it allows it to go through.
