How do i find my personalHSA contributions not made from payroll deduction

You would find the personal HSA contributions on Form 5498-SA for the tax year. The HSA trustee or custodian reports the contributions that were made for the year and the fair market value of the HSA at the end of the year on Form 5498-SA. Both the contributions and fair market value of the HSA are reported on the tax return.  Contact them for the form.

If you made HSA contributions outside of the payroll system then you should know how much you paid in from your own records  OR  you should be able to log into the account online to look.
