How do I enter the part in box 14 that states "included in box 01" . I have a retirement entry for UCRP and Other INC entry

You can try the drop-down box on the far right of box 14 of the W-2.  Many times you can see a reference to box 14 items there.

 

However, I do not see a match to either item that you mention.

 

I suspect that ‘Other INC’ is other income.  Perhaps your last paystub of the year will give you more information about what these items refer to.
