How do I enter my retirement organization if it is not recognized

You will select the option " I'll type it myself".  Here are the steps:

 

In TurboTax online,

1. Sign in to your account and select Continue to pick up where you left off in your tax return.
2. From the upper right menu, select Search and type in 1099r and Enter
3. Select the Jump to 1099r
4. On-screen, Let's import your tax info, select I'll type it in myself
