How do I enter it in Turbo Tax when I took first RMD from an inherited (nonRoth) IRA two days late?

My inherited share of deceased family members IRA was transfered to me as an IRA in my name in the same financial investment company. Since I already had a retirement fund that had been transferred to the financial company involved I failed to take into account that I didn't have an individual account with the company to cash out proceeds of an IRA RMD into immediately.  Foolishly, I waited till the last minute to try to do the RMD by the deadline and it ended up being two days late while I waited for my individual investor account to go live so I could transfer the distribution into it.  I realize now that I might have met the date deadline if I had requested they send me a check, but I didn't think of that then.
Upshot is I don't have an end of year 2021 document showing the distribution because it was two days late.  How do I deal with this in Turbo Tax?

If you are using TurboTax Online, you need at least one 1099-R to get into the section for a missed RMD.
