If you're a U.S. resident, you'd enter your Canadian CPP and OAS benefits as though you had received a Form SSA-1099 from the Social Security Administration. See this post for instructions: How do I enter an NR4 Canadian pension plan income code 46 using TurboTax software?

Yes, Here is how to report your NR4 income. ‌

  1. Go to federal>income and expenses>all income>>show more
  2. Less Common Income> Start
  3. Miscellaneous Income,>start
  4. Other reportable income>start
  5. Next screen asks Any Other Taxable Income>yes
  6. The next screen will allow you to report the income with a brief explanation. in this case, this would be listed as Canadian NR4 pension income and the amount.

If you paid income tax in Canada, you may claim a foreign tax credit. You would report that here.

  1. Go to Federal
  2. Deductions and credits
  3. Estimate and other taxes paid
  4. Foreign Tax Credit>start or revisit
