How do I deal with receiving a late 1099 when I did my taxes and the income on the 1099 is already included in my reported income?

I've already done my taxes and was just informed by a contractor that he's sending me a (very late) 1099. I've already reported the payments as income in my taxes. What do I do?

If you already included it in your total income, then you don't need to do anything. Its all been reported already.
