How do I allocate withdrawals from my 401k for state taxes if withdrawals were initiated in different states?

I did not use the cares act for my withdrawals. One was a total distribution.

IF you moved to a different state during the year...you allocate the withdrawal $$ according to which state you were living in at the time the withdrawal was made.
