How do I add my social security disability earnings ? I only have my monthly earnings ??

Disabled I did not receive any forms from social security disability on yearly earnings I know I don't pay taxes on disability is it necessary to add to my income

It depends.  If this is actually social security disability you should have a Form SSA-1099.  You can obtain this from the Social Security Administration (SSA) using the link below.  If you discover there is no tax form for you then there is nothing to report.
