How can my daughter file a 1099-B with out using Preimere?

If you're dead set on using an "online" version, you can't enter a 1099-B unless you upgrade to Premier.

If more than one family member needs to file an income tax return you'd probably be better off using a desktop version, like Deluxe.  You can prepare an unlimited number of income tax returns, (only e-file 5 of them, though), and your daughter can report her 1099-B.
