How can I get a lost SSA-1099 for my husband?

So frustrated. Lost my husbands 1099 so I can't do our taxes.  The SS office has bogus info for us .  Called SS office .  They said come in person.  Offices now closed for virus.  Also cant apply for my Medicaid.  I know you can't vent. Just venting

There is a way to go on the Social Security website and request one.  Go to www.ssa.gov  You have to create an account with a user name and password.
