How can I fill out w-4 for my social security income

I am receiving social security income every month.

But I would like to put 0 examption to deduct the tax

in my social security page, I don't see this selection. So how can I change my examption or deduction such as w-4 form

You need to contact Social Security to have them take taxes out. They don't use the W4
