How can I enter 1099-R data for a nonqualified (annuity) retirement plan? Entered it as nonqualified plan on 1st screen. 3rd screen only allows me to say its qualified.

In TurboTax Online, is this the '1st screen' that you refer to?  What does the '3rd screen' say?  Please clarify.

 

 

Does box 7 report code '7' or something else?
