How can I eliminate my entry into the RMD Excess Accumulation Worksheet? I did not have an RMD Excess Accumulation.

You need to delete your Form(s) 1099-R and re-enter them.  Be sure to answer the questions regarding RMDs carefully and accurately when you re-enter them.
