How can I delete the previous bank information for our IRA when that bank has been taken over by another and the new bank now has the IRA?

If you received a 1099-R from a different payer than you did last year, enter the new 1099-R and delete the previous year 1099-R form.    If it is for your contributions, you don't need the address of the bank that holds your IRA.   If you are asking about something else, please let us know.
