You cannot directly access and edit that form in TurboTax Online. You can edit the form by editing the section that is generating the additional tax, usually the retirement income section. You can view the form by printing it from the Print Center within Tax Tools on the left side menu - select Print specific forms and choose Form 5329 from the list.
