How and when do I report Roth IRA REIT losses? They have dropped dramatically in value before being transferred to a non-Reit Roth Ira.

You don't.  Investment losses within your Roth IRAs are not reportable; you cannot claim a deduction for the loss in value.

Yeah... I was afraid of that.  Note to anyone - stay away frim private REIT investing.
