But, just so you know, while you can (apparently) enter a 1099-NEC with Deluxe, if you have any expenses to enter for that income when using the "Online" software, you have to upgrade to "Premium".
Also, you appear to be paying extra for LIVE service...you could have asked you agent about it.... (This free Community Forum is NOT your LIVE service)
If your 1099NEC is for self employment. You can enter Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to the Premium or use any of the Desktop CD/Download programs. All the Desktop programs have the same forms, so you can buy a lower version. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions.
Actually I would just enter your total income as Other self employment income or as Cash or General income. You don't need to get a 1099NEC or 1099Misc or 1099K. Even if you did you can enter all your income as Cash. Only the total goes to schedule C.
