Hi I just found my husband's SSA-1099 for 2015. Can I use it in my tax return with SSA-1099 2016? I didn't file in 2016. Will it help my return? Thanks.

No, you can not report it on a 2016 tax return. It can be reported only on a 2015 tax return and not in any other year.
