Have a 1099-R Roth Dist. Box 7 is T. Box 2A is 0. 2B is checked for both. Box 4 has an amount. Is everything good?

This Form 1099-R should have a blank box 2a, not a zero in box 2a.  But that doesn't matter, TurboTax knows to treat it as blank because box 2b Taxable amount not determined is marked.

Be sure to click the Continue button on the Your 1099-R Entries page to indicate whether or not your first Roth IRA contribution was made for some year prior to 2012 and to enter or confirm your net basis in Roth IRA contributions and conversions.

Box 2a was blank. Thank you. I will need to contact the co. to find out my first contribution and basis. Thank you.
