Has AI taken over humans? I'm trying to get the community Q&As.

it gave me 3 questions based on this question but I can't look through all of the questions or the most recent questions.

Not sure which page you have bookmarked, but I bookmarked, & use this one (below) that gets me right into the taxes Community...and then go into the appropriate subsection from there....still have to sign-in usually, in the upper-rt corner to actually post a question.:

@ruthejp13 No one in the user forum knows what you are referring to.  There have been no questions posted to this forum under your username ruthejp13 since 2021.   How can we help?  Please post a clear and complete question here.

The search function is far from intelligent and difficult to use.

Intuit should train chatGPT on the forum  (2.63 million discussions) and then let's see the result.

It can't be worse.

Will they make that investment ??

It happened again this year. Yes, I've been using TurboTax and the community for decades but last year finding it proved almost impossible.

I guess it depends on whether you are:

1)  Searching for general conversations about topics from other questions that might give you an answer to your particular issue to yours (i.e. the box for "Search a question or keyword"

or perhaps

2)  Looking for people's responses to your questions which you formally posted in the forum.

_______________

For #1, I find that highly annoying, that the Forum removed our ability to sort the hits by most recent.  It drives me NUTS that I get hit form 1-4 years ago, when really, I'm looking for something more recent...perhaps a new issue or tax law only valid for this year.

______________________________

For #2, if you actually post a question, like this one,, you can go to the top-Rt corner of the screen, and hit the icon with the three little people, and get into all your actual posts you made, and responses.

The problem is getting HERE. I have the downloaded version and it takes about 10 unknown steps to get here including having to go through the robot chat answering and saying that it didn't help and them trying to sell me a human. I've bookmarked it now.
