Good morning, I Bernadine Grist have not received my W-2 document from Social Security. How do I get a replacement?

I would like to have a replacement W-2 since I have not received the first one. How do I get one W-2?

From Social Security?  Do you mean you are getting Social Security benefits?  You do not get a W-2 for that.  You get a SSA1099 from them.  They mailed them in January.

 

There is a way to go on the Social Security website and request one.  Go to www.ssa.gov  You have to create an account with a user name and password.
