Generating Form8606 when not making nondeductible contributions in tax year

I am not making any nondeductible traditional IRA contributions for 2024 as I have in past years, but I want Turbotax to generate Form 8606 to indicate my current nondeductible contributions from previous years. How do I do this?

If you do not make nondeductible contributions in 2024, TurboTax will not add the 8606 because you do not have to report anything to the IRS.  If you are using the desktop version, you can go to Forms and Add a Form.

How do I add a form that is not automatically added to the list of forms.  I see how to open Form 8606 using "Open Form" but I do not see anyway of adding the form to the list of forms to be generated.

Enter an amount on Line 14, then report back.

You will be filing incorrectly.

Thanks. Understood.  I see that the form should NOT be filed according to IRS rules.
