Form 1099-R: Why does TurboTax require a positive value from box 9a?

TurboTax isn't letting me proceed without entering a minimum value of 0.01 from box 9a (Your percentage of total distribution). However, I'm the only beneficiary so this shouldn't apply at all, right? I imported the 1099-R from my financial institution rather than entered in the data manually. Do I have to enter the data manually to fix this? Looks like a bug in TurboTax.

I can't seem to edit my original question so here's some additional info.

* This distribution is from a 457b plan
* Box 7 has a distribution code of 2

On further review, TurboTax asked me if the distribution was from a Roth. It wasn't. So this may have self-cleared.

Nope, still getting the same error. What does it want, 100%? Even though my Form 1099-R box 9a is empty?!?

I tested and did not find this error.

I suggest you delete and enter manually.

To Delete:

For TurboTax Desktop, switch to Forms (Upper right corner)

TurboTax Online:

Select Tax Tools on the left side-bar

Select Tools from that drop-down

Select “Delete a form” on the TOOLS CENTER screen

Select the Form, Schedule and/or worksheet you wish to remove
